In 1962, newlyweds Rose and Frank DiMartino Traveled from Napoli, Italy to make their fortune in America.
Armed with little more than traditional family recipes, a love and respect for old fashioned good food and their own determination, the DiMartino’s purchased their first store, Roma Bakery in Bethpage Long Island in 1967.
Three Decades and four children later, Pappardelle’s Pizza and Pasta was founded on Long Island. Today, children Vincent, Mario, Antonietta and Pasquale run the operations under the watchful eye of their restaurateur parents.
